United for Workplace Rights
For the past two years, The Resilient Bankers Network (TRBN) has been steadfast in its mission to expose and challenge systemic workplace injustices faced by current and former employees of ICICI Bank. Through collective voices, evidence-based advocacy, and support from affected individuals, TRBN has worked to bring long-overdue attention to internal practices that undermine employee dignity and professional rights.
As our movement grew stronger, TRBN proactively reached out to the All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC) — a forward-looking platform under the Indian National Congress, known for addressing the concerns of India’s working professionals. Recognizing the shared values of accountability, reform, and justice, AIPC responded positively and expressed its willingness to collaborate in amplifying the call for fair treatment within the banking sector and beyond.
We are now closely connected with AIPC Chairman Mr. Praveen Chakravarty and Mr. T. Suresh, National Head – Financial Vertical, having held meaningful discussions with both leaders. Their engagement signals a welcome openness to ground realities and a commitment to driving structural change through policy and public discourse.
This collaboration represents a significant step toward uniting advocacy efforts and professional platforms to ensure that the Indian workplace is not only efficient but also fair and equitable.
