Who We Are?

The Resilient Bankers' Network (TRBN) is a grassroots support and advocacy initiative founded by current and former ICICI Bank employees. Born out of the collective struggle of employees who faced illegal termination, exploitation, workplace harassment, and other unfair employment practices, TRBN was created to unite affected individuals and pursue justice through collective action.

Supporting victimized ICICI Bank employees remains at the core of our mission. At the same time, we extend our support and solidarity to employees across Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, Fin-Techs, and other Financial Institutions who face similar workplace challenges.

We are committed to amplifying the voices of those affected by workplace injustice, promoting accountability, empowering employees to stand up for their rights, and fostering a financial sector where dignity, fairness, and due process are respected for all.

 Have you been Affected?

If you or someone you know has faced illegal termination, forced resignation, workplace harassment, unfair HR practices, discrimination, or other employment related challenges within a Bank, NBFC, Insurance Company, Fintech, or Financial Institution, you are not alone.
