Who We Are
The Resilient Bankers' Network is a grassroots support and advocacy group created by current and former ICICI Bank employees. We are a collective of illegally terminated and exploited employees from across India who have faced systemic injustice and unlawful treatment by the bank. United by our shared experiences, we have formed this network to stand together, fight collectively for our rights, and demand long-overdue justice.
We are here to amplify the voices of those silenced by injustice. By exposing systemic abuse, empowering victims to speak out, and demanding accountability, we aim to rebuild not just careers—but dignity, rights, and a future where no worker is discarded without consequence.
